Corporate Board Governance in today’s world…

HBS Club of NEO is proud to renew its Board of Governance Panel with some new additions and returning luminaries. This year, our panel will continue to provide its unique observations from the Boardroom, fresh with direct experiences, and perspectives on the inner workings of some of the region’s most important corporations.

We will continue with comments on succession planning and corporate leadership, as well as, discussions and some of the latest hot topics in governance-including enterprise valuation challenges, organizations operating under heavy regulatory and governmental oversight.
