The Koblentz Group has been engaged by Euramax International, Inc., a $700 million dollar manufacturing company in the building products industry based in Norcross, GA, to find the new Vice President, and top executive, of the Residential Products division. This division has more than $300 million in revenue.
Euramax has recently annouced a reorganization into three distinct business units: Residential Products, Non- Residential Products, and Operations. The objective of this reorganization is to enhance, sustain, and leverage Euramax’s sales and marketing strengths, a substantive competitive advantage, which will result in increased volume and profitability in the short term and over time will create broader product offerings, new channel opportunities, leverage cross-selling, and allow for much easier integration of potential acquisitions.
This is a critical role for Euramax given its aggressive growth plans.
Accordingly, to achieve this end, the recruited individual will be expected to develop and execute complex marketing and sales strategies to develop new business opportunities. The candidate must have prior P&L experience, a sales and marketing background, and a substantial career progression in the Consumers Products or Building Materials industries. A management consulting background at a high-level strategy firm is also a plus.
The successful candidate must also bring strong leadership skills necessary to enhance the marketing and sales teams.
