To place us “at risk” with the investors, we have decided to accept early stage companies as clients with
“equity” as our professional remuneration. And, as an “investor,” we remain available and active to
assist as inflection points to value are addressed throughout our ownership. This places us squarely on
the same side of the table as the founders and investors… Angels and VCs.
Our criteria are simple…We must believe in the concept, become acquainted with the key investors,
believe that our service, successfully completed, will lead to enhanced value within three years.
