We are pleased to announce, that our client, BSNA, a leading multibillion dollar baking concern, has hired Curtis Landherr as its new General Counsel. Mr. Landherr, in this newly created role, will be based in BSNA’s corporate headquarters in Kansas City and will be fully responsible for all of the company’s legal affairs.
Mr. Landherr joins BSNA from Garmin International, the global leader in GPS technology, where over the past several years, he has been involved in negotiating numerous strategic agreements, M&A transactions, as well as being directly involved with developing Garmin’s intellectual property legal framework in addition to managing the company’s litigation matters and the SEC filings.
Earlier in his career, Curits held various legal roles at Bracco Diagnostics, where he matriculated from the Kansas City law firm of Baker Sterchi Cowden and Rice.
