OUR CLIENT
We have been exclusively retained to recruit a General Counsel for a $1 plus Billion publicly traded service company based in Atlanta.
This situation arises as the company’s current GC is retiring.
CLIENT REQUIREMENTS
Reporting to its President and as key member of its leadership, we seek an experienced and seasoned executive who has a proven track record of managing a corporate legal function of five lawyers plus staff which principally supports transactions, public company and operating unit compliance matters and litigation. Obviously, this includes the responsibilities of selection and cost control of outside legal resources.
Our client, at this point, strongly prefers Atlanta based candidates and will not consider partners of law firms unless such individuals have had previous in house experience.
