Tom Branicki brings nearly 20 years of executive search experience across both the private and public sectors. Renowned for his deep market insight and consultative approach, Tom delivers value at every stage of the search process—from clarifying strategic objectives to securing high-impact leadership talent.

He has successfully led executive searches across a broad range of industries, including financial services, supply chain, artificial intelligence and technology, private equity, ESG, healthcare, and manufacturing. His primary focus is on senior executive roles, from Managing Director to CEO, serving clients that range from venture-backed startups to Fortune 500 companies across local, national, and international markets.

Prior to joining The Koblentz Group, Tom established and led EY’s Supply Chain and ESG executive search practice, which was recognized as the #1 firm in its category by Sustainability Magazine. He also served as a Partner at Olmstead Lynch & Curtis, a leading boutique search firm known for its exceptional client service and placement outcomes.

An active speaker and community contributor, Tom has presented at various industry events, including the NFL Rookie Symposium, and has served on boards such as the British American Business Council of Georgia and the Minnesota Catholic Credit Union. He remains deeply involved in nonprofit and community initiatives, supporting organizations such as Special Olympics, Big Brothers Big Sisters, and the Muscular Dystrophy Association.

A former assistant coach for Georgia Tech’s hockey team, Tom also maintains working knowledge of both Polish and Korean.
