Kathy Gersch is president of Kotter International and brings over 25 years of executive-level experience across both public and private organizations and in professional services. She works extensively with C-Suite leaders and serves on Boards of Directors bringing deep expertise in leading transformation, including digital transformation, integration of mergers & acquisitions, operating model changes and strategy execution acceleration. She has led teams across all aspects of business including transformation, strategic planning, change leadership, business development, marketing, branding, merchandising, product management, business analytics, finance, accounting, operations and administration.
Kathy earned a B.A. with honors in Communication from the University of Virginia, an M.B.A. with honors from Emory University and a Master of International Business cum laude from Nijenrode University in The Netherlands.
