Brian Fitzgerald concentrates on serving our clients in Consumer Products and Business-to-Business Services, where he has led recruitments of critical operational and functional executive leaders and directors for their boards. Additionally, he has led recruitments for a number of consultancies seeking partner-level talent that serves these sectors.

Over the past decade, Brian has successfully led recruitments for companies within the retail, QSRs, beverage, lodging, and resorts, consumer health sectors.  To every engagement, he brings a “white glove,” customized process to fully address each client’s unique situation that ensures a successful solution. Brian is engaged most often by companies seeking to continually and effectively transform and who recognize the requirement for leaders who will address the dynamics and meet the strategic and execution challenges needed to enhance enterprise value.

Serving numerous public companies, private equity and family enterprises, Brian has advised our clients on their  their most sensitive and critical leadership and board governance challenges, With privileged access to leaders within consumer products and services and by meeting commitments, Brian is viewed as an in-touch trusted senior advisor by many of our clients and is sought out for his insights and respected for his perspectives.

Prior to rejoining our Firm in 2024, Brian was the executive search leader of a boutique firm that specialized in consumer products and services having previously been a Partner at The Koblentz Group for 12 years.

Earlier in his career, Brian gained his initial executive recruiting experience at Edward W Kelley & Partners, formerly A.T Kearney Executive Search, where he worked with clients on projects to recruit senior partners, general managers, C-level executives, and functional experts across a variety of industries having gained  talent acquisition experience at Newell Rubbermaid.
