Lynne Zapone is an accomplished business executive who specializes in executive coaching, leadership development, business transformation, and building culture and talent management strategies for global organizations across diverse industries. Over many years, Lynne has advised organizations on their leadership challenges and has coached numerous executives, including CEOs, functional and operational leaders.
Previously, Lynne was the CHRO of Popeye’s Louisiana Kitchen playing a key role in its brand turnaround, resulting in a 450% increase in stock price.
Prior to joying Popeyes, Lynne served as SVP of AMER HR and Global Learning at InterContinental Hotels Group where she was responsible for developing and embedding global talent management practices across multiple business lines. She implemented an award-winning global learning strategy, including executive development programs for corporate executives and General Managers.
