Our influence in the boardroom is becoming increasingly recognized in boardrooms and by the media.

Recently, for example, we completed Board of Director recruitments for a national real estate services concern, a leading consumer products company with recognized global brands, and for a rapidly expanding mid-cap industrial company, among others. And, we have assisted several Chairs in planning and establishing a process for effective and efficient Board of Director and CEO successions.

Our Executive Search Practice has added several new high profile clients for which we have successfully recruited senior operating executives as well as CFOs, CIOs and CHROs…all for public companies. Additionally, we have advised a number of private equity portfolio companies in top grading their leadership. And, we continue to advise fast emerging companies supporting founders and VCs.

With our expanding practice, we are well positioned to serve our clients seamlessly on their most “sensitive matters” locally, domestically and internationally.
