After a notable corporate and legal career, Jim Matte currently consults with several companies and private equity firms regarding a wide range of human resources matters.
Jim served as the Senior Vice President, Human Resources for Coca-Cola Consolidated, a publicly traded Charlotte-based company (NASDAQ), which is the largest independent bottler in North America. He was responsible for leading and transforming the HR Team, all people processes, systems, and total rewards to optimally support the company’s rapid growth and execution excellence.
Prior to “Consolidated”, Jim served in a variety of generalist and center of expertise (CoE) HR roles with Coca-Cola Enterprises (CCE), the largest Coke bottler globally at that time.
Before joining CCE, Jim was an equity partner in McGuireWoods LLP, a full-service national law firm. Jim had represented public and private employers throughout the United States.
