Jeff Neppl is recognized for bringing significant operating and team-building experience along with his almost two decades of high-level executive search. He has the ability to look at the role from a CEO, Investor, and team perspective. He advises publicly traded companies, private equity concerns, and family offices globally.
Over the past two decades, Jeff successfully has led numerous high-profile CEO and “C” suite recruitments for clients ranging from investor backed growth companies to Fortune 500. He is engaged to conduct searches for high impact roles that require an “operators” view in addition to his years of executive search judgement. Jeff appreciates not just the competencies of recruited candidates but also to keenly understanding their “fit” with the current team and their operating challenges and the alignment with Board priorities.
Previously, Mr. Neppl started and scaled his own Executive Search firm in 2008 merging with The Koblentz Group in 2016. Before entering his search career, he performed in “C” level operating roles (twice as CEO, twice as SVP) in investor backed technology and CPG companies, including companies that exited via IPO, Strategic and Financial acquisitions. Mr. Neppl’s foundational experience is in Consumer Packaged Goods advancing to senior levels at some of the most respected CPG companies in the world: Procter and Gamble, Campbell Soup, and Coca-Cola. He is recognized for his customer orientation, ability to listen to customer needs, and build high performing teams to maximize growth and profit for both company and client.
Jeff has served on numerous boards that include Students in Free Enterprise (now Enactus), Association for Corporate Growth (ACG), and Catholic Charities of Atlanta. He regularly volunteers in the Catholic Community assisting young people to enter the workforce and coaching/assisting them during their careers.
