We are pleased to announce that we have completed the Vice President, General Counsel search for our client, Rollins, Inc (NYSE:ROL), with the appointment of Elizabeth (Beth) Chandler.
Beth previously was Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Asbury Automotive (NYSE:ABG), one of the largest automotive retailers in America.
Earlier in her career,, Ms. Chandler served as the City Attorney for the City of Atlanta during Mayor Franklin’s administration, as Vice President, Assistant General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Mirant Corporation, and as a Partner at Troutman Sanders.
Beth is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Georgia Law School and a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Georgia School of Business. Over her career, she has served in a variety of leadership role in the Atlanta community.
