Prior to joining LVS, Mr. Kay served as the CFO for the CB Richard Ellis Group, Inc. (NYSE: CBG and S&P 500/Fortune 500), the world’s largest commercial real estate services firm with offices in 57 countries.
Mr. Kay is a highly regarded and seasoned executive with a successful track record in financial and operational management gained over the past two decades in progressively responsible roles in companies within the real estate, manufacturing, distribution, entertainment and health care services sectors. He has earned the trust of Wall Street and the investment community over the years.
Mr. Kay, who matriculated originally from the Big 4, has proven leadership skills in multidivisional, international operations with a thorough knowledge of strategic planning, business development, acquisitions, divestitures, operational reengineering, profitability and cost improvement, treasury, information technology, SEC compliance, investment banking and investor relations. As LVS continues its global expansion, his experience will be extremely valuable as a senior member of their team.
