The Koblentz Group has been engaged by Popeyes, a $2 Billion dollar company operating 2000 stores in 27 countries, to find the new Chief Human Resources Officer.
This executive will lead cultural change from the current operational HR focus to one of a proactive high performance leadership and development culture… with the full support of the CEO.
This is a critical role for Popeyes given its aggressive growth plans.
Accordingly, to achieve this end, the recruited individual will be expected to develop and execute a human capital strategic plan that seamlessly links the company’s overall strategic mission with its people. This means developing and implementing ongoing talent evaluation programs necessary to build/assure bench strength throughout the fabric of Popeye’s organization.
The successful candidate must also bring strong leadership skills necessary to enhance the efficiency/effectiveness of the HR function.
